What to expect

Mum-of-three and family blogger extraordinaire Robin Marsden can usually be found sharing gorgeous photos of her mini fashionistas on her Instagram, Peel and Friends. Originally from Australia, her family has just moved from their long-term London home to the countryside, and are in the process of finding somewhere new to permanently plant some roots - in the midst of a global pandemic, of course!

Join us for a cosy chat on Thursday 28th May to hear how Robin and her family have been getting on in lockdown, what moving away from the big city has been like and how exactly she's nailed that dreamy Instagram aesthetic.

Tune in at 9pm on Instagram Live, email at hello@kidadl.com or message us with any questions you'd like to put to Robin this week. We can't wait to see you there!

What you'll need

  • A strong WiFi connection.
  • Message us with any questions you've got for Robin, whether it's about motherhood, working in social media or getting your kids to pose for photos!

What you'll do

  • Settle down and listen to Robin as he shares how her family has been doing in lockdown and tips on keeping things positive in difficult circumstances.

The rest of our Lockdown Lives feature Q&As from child psychologist Dr Amy Stanton, travel and lifestyle influencer Bella & Bunny, author Steven Vinacour, children's musician Nick Cope and family blogger Gabi Gandolfini.

We strive to recommend the very best things, that are suggested by our community and are things we would do ourselves - our aim is to be the trusted friend to parents.

We try our very best, but cannot guarantee perfection. We will always aim to give you accurate information at the date of publication - however, information does change, so it's important you do your own research, double-check and make the decision that is right for your family.

Kidadl provides inspiration for everything from family days out to online classes, arts, crafts and science experiments. We recognise that not all activities and ideas are appropriate and suitable for all children and families or in all circumstances. Our recommended activities are based on age but these are a guide. We recommend that these ideas are used as inspiration, that ideas are undertaken with appropriate adult supervision, and that each adult uses their own discretion and knowledge of their children to consider the safety and suitability.
