Madame Tussauds is a short underground journey away in Baker Street, which is on the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan lines. The London Dungeon and The London Eye are situated close to each other on London’s South Bank. The nearest Tube station is Waterloo on the Northern, Bakerloo and Jubilee lines. The nearest stations are Waterloo and Charing Cross. Both are within a short walk. Local buses stopping nearby include the 211, 77 and 381.
There is no parking at the venues. Waterloo Car Park at 39 York Road is situated close to The London Dungeon and The London Eye.
Buggies aren't permitted within Madame Tussauds London and will need to be stored within the cloakroom facility at door number 6 free of charge. There is wheelchair access, but you must book a space in advance via the call centre on 03333212001. You may bring a compact buggy into the pods at The London Eye, but it must be folded up. If your buggy cannot be folded, there is a free storage area in the ticket office. There is ample seating in each pod for tired legs. The experience is fully wheelchair accessible. Buggies can be pushed through The London Dungeon tour, although there are two flights of stairs (you will need to carry the buggy up them) and narrow corners. It is advised that you leave your buggy in the designated area. There is wheelchair access.
Head to Bill’s Baker Street for some food. They have a great children's menu and it’s a 5-minute walk away from Madame Tussauds. Or there are lots of great restaurants to choose from on the Southbank, from Giraffe to Wagamama, Yo Sushi! and Wahaca.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You will receive a booking confirmation, please print this out and show on entry. The timeslot that you select at the checkout is for Madame Tussauds London. Your booking confirmation email will contain information on how to book your timeslot for the other attractions within the package. You will be able to pick a date between 3 days prior and 90 days after the main attraction booking date.
