The View from The Shard is open every day with slots beginning at 10:00am and ending at 10:00pm. There are no time restrictions on how long you can stay up there.
If you're planning on taking public transport, the closest station is London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee lines and National Rail services), which is around a 2-minute walk away. Loads of buses stop within a 5-minute walk, including the 17, 21, 35, 43, 47, 48, 133, 141, 149, 344, 381 and 521.
Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking so we suggest parking in the NCP Car Park in London Bridge which is a 5-minute walk away, or taking public transport.
Unfortunately, buggies cannot be taken up to the viewing platforms but they can be stored, free of charge, near the security scanners in the main ticket hall. The View from The Shard is accessible via wheelchair and has step-free access with accessible lifts throughout the attraction.
If you're looking for something more low-key than The Shard there are plenty of restaurants to choose from near London Bridge, including family favourites Cafe Rouge and Cafe Piazza located in Hay's Galleria, just a 5-minute walk away.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please show Kidadl booking confirmation on entry. Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket.
