You need to wear flat shoes or trainers - high heels, flip flops or similar aren't suitable. Wear something comfy, but if you're feeling daring you can dress up in costume! Lockers will be provided for all loose articles prior to entering the experience.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please print out your booking confirmation and bring it on the day. Under 12s are not permitted. Children aged 12-18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Under 18s must vacate the bar by 8:00pm. Latecomers will not be admitted.
