There is a burger restaurant inside KidZania and a snack shop. You can also take a packed lunch and sit in the designated area. There are also loads of restaurants and cafes to choose from in Westfield.
Kidadler Vicki says suggests taking a book "as you can’t go in with [the kids] to activities [so there's] a lot of time hanging around." KidZania is open most of the year, though it sometimes closes for private events. Most activities are 15-30 minutes long, enabling your child to take part in 6 to 8 activities during the 4-hour session. We recommend arriving early to miss the crowds.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for 4 hours from the point of entry. Please print Kidadl booking confirmation and show on entry. KidZania is closed for private functions on selected dates so please check before setting off. Children under 12 months old go free. Children are required to wear trousers and open toe shoes are not advised. KidZania is aimed at children aged 4-14. Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times. 1 adult at the minimum per 6 children aged 4-7 years. Under 5s may only participate in selected activities and within certain areas of the city. Adults may not enter without children.
