The best way to get to the Southbank Centre is to head to Waterloo station (National Rail services and Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines). Bus route RV1 stops on Belvedere Road (less than a minute’s walk away) and routes 1, 4, 26, 59, 68, 139, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, 243 and 521 stop on Waterloo Bridge (a 2-minute walk away). Sessions take place in the National Poetry Library on Level 5.

Head to award-winning family institution Caffe Vergnano 1882 at the Southbank Centre for excellent pizzas, pastas and other Italian dishes. Kidadler Kerrie says, "There are quite a few restaurants along the Southbank. We went to Wagamama. Was really lovely."
