The best way to get there is by Tube. Hammersmith is the nearest station (Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) - from there it is just a 10-minute bus ride. Hammersmith station has lift access between street and platform from the District and Picadilly lines and it has level access between street and platform for Hammersmith & City and Circle lines. The 485 bus from Hammersmith comes directly into the London Wetland Centre but only twice an hour and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Buses 33, 72 and 209 stop nearby.
There’s free parking for visitors arriving by car, although it can’t be guaranteed on busy days.
Folded-up buggies can be stored in the entrance.
Baby-changing facilities are located in all toilet facilities.
There is a cafe on site, or alternatively, you can bring your own picnic. Kidadler Sophie says: "The on-site cafe there is nice otherwise I think you’re probably best walking back along the river to Hammersmith where there are all the usual chains. Also the La Petite Bretagne creperie is lovely!"
