Teesside University Students' Union is a 15-minute walk from Middlesbrough station. If you're coming by car, you can get to Middlesbrough by the A1(M), the A19 and the A66 dual carriageways. If you follow signs to the town centre, the university and its buildings are signposted from there.
There is a limited parking on campus but plenty of street parking nearby. You can also park in Zetlands multistorey car park which is just over 15 minutes' walk away, near Middlesbrough station.
Yes, the venue is both buggy and wheelchair accessible. There is a buggy park at the venue, where you are free to leave your buggy. Buggies are not permitted on the dance floor.
There are loads of places to eat on nearby Linthorpe Road, including Kidadler favourite Creams if you're in the mood for a deluxe sweet treat, or Italian bistro-style Al Forno if you're looking for something a bit more substantial.
Babies are free of charge if carried in a sling. All other children require a child ticket. All kids under 12 require child tickets, children 12 and over require adult tickets. Strictly no adults admitted without a child (maximum of 3 adults to 1 child). Please note parents remain responsible for children at all times. Children must remain under supervision, no running allowed. Tickets are non-refundable and not to be resold. Buggies should be kept in buggy park areas and not taken onto the dance floor as this is a tripping hazard. Buggies parked at own risk. For non-walking babies, baby slings or carriers are advisable.
