Newport Central train station is just a 10-minute walk from the venue and taxis are available from directly outside the station. Buses to and from Newport city centre are available outside the venue and Queensway bus station is just a short walk from the venue.
Street parking can be limited, so we recommend parking in the multi-storey car park above Iceland, Clarence Place.
Yes, the venue offers disabled access and toilets, however, they do ask if you have any special requirements that you inform the venue when booking tickets.
If you're feeling peckish, why not head at Zizzi Restaurant (Newport, UNIT R1B, Usk Way) a lovely Italian restaurant with a great kids' menu, and only a 12-minute walk away.
Babies are free of charge if carried in a sling. All other children require a child ticket. All kids under 12 require child tickets, children 12 and over require adult tickets. Strictly no adults admitted without a child (maximum of 3 adults to 1 child). Please note parents remain responsible for children at all times. Children must remain under supervision, no running allowed. Tickets are non-refundable and not to be resold. Buggies should be kept in buggy park areas and not taken onto the dance floor as this is a tripping hazard. Buggies parked at own risk. For non-walking babies, baby slings or carriers are advisable.
