The museum is accessible by car via junction 22 of the M25. Alternatively, you could get the train to either Potters Bar or High Barnet station and take the 84 bus from there (which would take 14 minutes or 35 minutes respectively).
There is free parking at the venue.
There is wheelchair access to all the main display buildings in the museum and disabled toilet facilities. However, the open aircrafts are accessible only via stairs.
There is a small coffee shop on site but the museum also has picnic tables available outside where you can enjoy a picnic.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Kidadl customers are to show booking confirmation upon arrival to gain entry. Up to 3 children (under 16 years) go free per paying adult.
