When it comes to teaching third-grade students cursive handwriting, a repeated tracing activity is a great idea to encourage them to learn about the form and shape of letters.

Inspiration straight to your inbox, every week

With these worksheets, children will learn how to write the whole alphabet in cursive letters. They will begin by writing the letter 'B' in cursive. Once they have practised the lower and upper case versions of the cursive 'B', kids can use the skills they have learned to practise using the letter 'B' in cursive.

They will be encouraged to copy the sentence 'Ben bought lots of brilliant books', with help from the guidelines on the sheet. Using worksheets as a way to learn cursive letter writing is a helpful educational tool for kids, and once they have learned these skills, they are set to use cursive writing throughout their life.
